      Pros

      Completely supportive team. Great overall morale. Work life balance like no other. Very approachable, enthusiastic and just generally a joy to work for. Complete sense of achievement and appreciation working here.

      I don't have any positives to say about them other than free parking.

      Cons

      At first for me personally I thought this was a good company to work for, I was told I performed well then all of a sudden it was the complete opposite, the director would not speak to me for no apparent reason, I felt very uncomfortable during this period, not very professional to be honest, it was all a bit weird!
