      Stressful!

      Pros

      Being backed by Keller Williams, employees thought things would improve based on KW's values and the way they treat their employees. Unfortunately Team Leads remains a separate entity and if Keller Williams were aware of how this company was run, they would disassociate themselves.

      Cons

      MISMANAGED by CEO, unhappy employees quitting without other jobs to go to just to leave. Unhappy client's quitting due to product and lack of professionalism launching their systems. Stressful working conditions, hard work and dedication not recognized or appreciated, popularity contest when it comes to promotions, unrealistic expectations. Young staff full of gossip and backstabbing, no room for growth, only laterally.

      Pros

      Open communication, always collaborative, focus is on culture, promotes a great working environment, feels like a family and puts their clients needs and wants first.

      Cons

      Biggest negative would be that we don't have enough resources to build out clients wants and needs fast enough. Other than that this is a great company to wrk for.

      Can not think of a single one

      Cons

      Your worst nightmare office environment. Staff have no voice and no one but upper management can make any sort of contribution or input of how things should be run. Product is a complete cluster and have no idea how to fix it. When trying to improve one area of the site 10 others break. CEO just cares about making money and not about the product.
