      The people you work with regularly are usually really stand up and creative people who do what they do at a high level.

      Cons

      Upper management is absolutely awful. They have issues with general business ethics and outspoken women and will get involved in your business whenever they see fit.

      impactful history in esports new trainings and salary fairness sweep intent on investing in a better workplace, mentally, physically and with more inclusive hires strong creative teams

      Cons

      like any job, it's one that takes a ton of time inefficiencies from many employees growing into industry roles, but without bringing industry experience. splashes a majority of work onto folks that will just do it, vs who really should. a culture of tilt, or relying on the company to fix personal issues

      Investing in Employees is Last on the Agenda

      Pros

      Amazing and passionate coworkers, the office is nice and they do not expect everyone to return to be in office full time.

      Cons

      The pay for anyone not in a senior/director position is barely livable for a company in Santa Monica. Raises and reviews are skirted for months at a time, always with an excuse. They do not contribute anything to their employee 401k's. They do not invest in retaining employees, only hiring fresh new talent for low salaries when the ones before become burnt out or start asking for more.
