Pros

Coworkers are kind & only a few weekly meetings. Office is quite nice too.

Cons

Lots of inter-office relationships that are showcased. Higher leadership lacks proper communication, and messages are not passed along. They offer hybrid but expect you in office 5 days/week. Core hours are 9-3 but leadership gets upset if you don’t show by 8. Lots of contradiction to company contract. No family leave. Company products are very repetitive to ones on the market already.

-The employees are nice and friendships are easy to establish.

Cons

- Leadership. CEO publicly yells at other employees (including his other senior leaders), and talks bad about employees in front of other employees. Other senior leaders (including one of the co-founders) have no people leadership skills, and will easily throw you under the bus if you get on the CEO's bad side. - Employees are fired with very little notice. - The culture is toxic. All employees live in constant fear of getting on a senior leaderships' bad side. - The friendships that you establish easily with co-workers is actually trauma bonding over the toxic work culture.
