Cons
Lack of Trust: Even though there is a hybrid system, the company uses screen-tracking software for home office days, which feels like micromanagement. Work-Life Balance: There is too much pressure. Client meetings are often scheduled suddenly at night, making it hard to disconnect. Management & HR: HR is extremely strict and inflexible regarding leave requests. Facilities: The food provided in the office is of poor quality and needs significant improvement.
