Pros
Benefits were above average. Remote work was good. The cause was worthwhile. On-site location was phenomenal. There were opportunities for growth for a while.
Cons
New CEO had no leadership experience, She made poor decisions that ultimately ran the company to the ground as soon as she stepped into the role. Not enough skilled people to run the organization. The company was doomed after the previous CEO and other senior leadership left. No ability to plan and the whole company failed which left everyone with no real direction. She ran every department and led no one. It was horrible at the end.
