Environment okay, location okay, top management not okay
Pros
- near to public transport, easy parking, near to malls - got increment, yearly bonus, monthly bonus - KPI easy to achieve (depends on manager) - salary on time and on festive szn, we got salary in advance - lots of company activity (bonding, dinner, jamuan raya etc) - not bad facilities and benefits - supportive teammates, easy to apply leave, can pray anytime, understanding manager
Cons
- tak adil. certain staff can to not obey the rules especially if they got connections with the company (can come late, go back early, can wfh while others cannot) - certain departments judge others easily (toxic) but thank god my department is not toxic. they don't even know us but they talk like they know us. they treat us based on our position. if you are a manager, they obey you but if you are just a mere junior/exec then they will treat you like shet - no growth in terms of knowledge. if you want to stay in your comfort zone, then this company is suitable for you
