Pros
They management will give very respect and freedom to the employees to reach daily tasks, flexible office hour timing and allow to work from home from many years not just during these days. The guys at TechDilation have an open view / open door policy giving everyone a voice. It was great to hear and share views and know that they would be given equal consideration.
Cons
Lots of internal projects so a lot of learn on the job and Internal communication between departments could improve slightly.
