      Supportive team members. Spacious office, many standard operating procedures to follow

      Cons

      Big boss blame random employees, too many standard operating procedures to follow and always changing, no salary increase (negotiate a better salary deal before joining), very little career advancement

      You get experience and build skills that are unique to the industry, get to know generic pharma. Get to meet various leaders industry

      Cons

      No salary increases or bonus. China management does not believe in rewarding employees. Some of management might try to hinder other people’s success or hold back employees from career advancement. Management can make up policies with no written guidance provided.
