- Management is not fond of remote/work-from-home approach.
- Non-flexible work hours (can’t choose between 8-5, 9-6, or 10-7. Just 9-6), not a big con tho.
- Has a casual game target audience. Not really a con unless you are keen on developing more hardcore or competitive games.
