Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Technology Therapy. We genuinely appreciate feedback, as it is crucial in helping us foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all our team members, from interns to senior staff. We understand your concerns regarding the expectations for new graduates and junior-level employees, as well as your observations about benefits and leadership style. At Technology Therapy, we strive to maintain a balance between challenging our team to grow and ensuring they have the support and resources they need to succeed. We believe in holding everyone accountable, as it's through this shared responsibility that we can all thrive and achieve our collective and individual goals. Our aim is always to nurture our team's talents, curiosity, attention to detail, and integrity. We recognize the concern about employee turnover mentioned in your review. It's worth noting that our turnover rate stands at 16%, which is significantly lower than the industry average of 30% for marketing firms. Additionally, the tenure of our account managers and support team members typically ranges from 3 to 8 years, surpassing the standard 18-24 months observed in many other marketing firms. These figures are a testament to the positive company culture we've cultivated and our commitment to our team's growth and satisfaction. We are proud of these achievements and remain dedicated to further enhancing our workplace based on the valuable feedback and active engagement of our team members. For current and potential employees reading this, please know that we are dedicated to your professional growth and personal well-being. We encourage open dialogue and take every piece of feedback to heart, as it helps us to enhance our workplace and ensure that Technology Therapy remains a great place to work. To [Reviewer] and anyone else considering sharing their experiences, we invite you to reach out to us directly with any specific suggestions or concerns. It's through your detailed insights that we can make more targeted improvements. Our door is always open, and we are committed to listening and adapting. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Technology Therapy. We genuinely value feedback from all our team members, past and present, as it provides us an opportunity to reflect and improve. From the outset, our agency model necessitates that all team members, regardless of their role, log their time. This expectation is communicated during the interview process and reinforced during onboarding. Our weekly meetings are designed to review project timelines and client requests, ensuring that we set realistic deadlines. Whenever there's a discrepancy in expectations, we prioritize open communication, often resorting to immediate discussions to find a resolution. Being a fully remote team, transparency and clear communication are paramount for our operations. We've observed that individuals who find it challenging to communicate their capacity or manage their time might face difficulties in our environment. I'd like to address a point of concern raised in your review. Whenever there's a change in our team composition, we ensure that the entire team is informed promptly. Our company culture, which we take immense pride in, thrives on the camaraderie we share. While we do meet bi-monthly to catch up, our lively “Water-Cooler” Slack channel is a testament to the bond we share, some snippets of which even make it to our social media. We regret any miscommunication or misunderstandings that might have occurred during your tenure and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
