- Flexible timings - WFH (during covid pandemic) - Eid gifts and bonus - Electricity and internet Allowances
Cons
- Less Pay - Toxic culture - Time tracking - Communication Gap - Dirty politics by Management and Seniors - False promises during hiring - Obsolete tech stacks - Juniors do all the work seniors just supervise - Medical only for employee only IPD - No job security( If they don't need any employee, they'll create situation for an employee to resign)

You’d expect a professional work culture from an international company but instead it’s far from it. Lot of unwanted stress and ambiguity
