Good place for freshers to start their career and gain hands-on experience. Job security is good, which provides stability, especially for beginners.
Cons
Very strict rules regarding office timings, with little to no flexibility. Salary is quite low compared to market standards. Increment structure is not competitive, and growth in compensation is slow.

Working hours in more than they describe you. They don't like people who leaves on time they always want you to sit until your manager is sitting. Stressful environment. Office politics, reference and favouritism is at on peak.
