If you're looking to build a career, do not join this company. But if you're in the mood for trauma and regret, then by all means welcome aboard. This place feels less like a workplace and more like a political battleground. Honestly, there are more politicians here than in the Delhi Parliament, all fighting for power, playing favorites, and backstabbing with a smile. Expect to work Sundays. Expect to work 15-hour days. Expect to sacrifice your personal life. Final outcome? For many, it’s burnout or even divorce. There is zero regard for women's safety. The environment is toxic beyond belief—filled with favoritism, nepotism, and a total lack of professionalism. HR is either powerless or part of the problem. Avoid this place unless you’re absolutely desperate and even then, think twice. I left after six months and honestly, it took me another six to recover. My advice: run. Run fast, run far, and never look back. You’re better off unemployed than employed here.
