      If you don’t like to work and can just pretend to do a good job then this is a great company. The staff is in Argentina and they are not competent.

      Cons

      Just stay away! Not worth the risk in helping them or using their products.

      Pros

      Owners(family) rely on incompetence of quality manager. Quality department has a lot of people who leave. If you enjoy not working but are able to act busy then this place is for you.

      Cons

      Mood changes based on family owners emotion. Goals are based on their illusions of success. Company looses focus on how to grow. They have a remarkable lack of realism. The team has many people that cannot do the same job under their titles at an actual company. Employee’s work shows clear lack of aptitude.
