      Potential environtment to learn but can not stay long

      Pros

      You can learn a lot of good things from regional level, head office in Shanghai and they are supportive for local teams. You can have some extra hours off on special Chinese holidays

      Cons

      Chinese working environment: not intergrity and clear. HR is not supportive and always try to lower employee benefits as for her own fame. :D
