Pros
I've meet loads of great people and the staff is the best part of job.
Cons
Managers don't communicate well between themselves and the employees. They are also very unprofessional and disrespectful to their staff. They "punish" you if you ever call sick, or change your contract and ask you to sign again whenever they fell necessary. Also cases of racist or inappropriate comments coming from the managers, making people feel very uncomfortable. There's no HR on the company, so there's not much you do in relation to the bad treatment. There's also never enough staff, witch makes the service and the pressure much higher to everyone. There's a frequent change of staff due to all those problems and they refuse to accept is their fault. Not sure if the problems comes from the management itself, or if it is a reflexion of how the owners don't care much and don't want to invest on their staff on the visitor centre.
