Pros

The staff is really friendly but in your face.

Cons

Where do I even start??? I was hired in April of 2015 without being told what I was actually going to be doing. I am a very introverted person by nature so this is not a job I would ever normally take. They give their new employees very little training before they start them in the field so I was in the field by day 3 of employment. I was the one who threw up from exhaustion. (I've heard they talk about me now due to a previous review of this place.) It was April, like I said, so the weather led to me experiencing heat exhaustion as we were driving back from GASTONIA. (Yes, over an hour away from the office.) When I called in sick the next morning, Tei fired me on the spot over the phone. Needless to say, I was not impressed and would NEVER advise anyone to work here. If you have any self-respect, do not take the job offer if it's handed to you!

Pros

Opportunity to make decent money and move up to management. Path - Entry Level Account Rep (commission) > Account Manager(commission) > Assistant Manager(salary) > Manager/Owner(salary) + bonuses.

Cons

The work is door-to-door sales. They work as hard as they can to hide that fact until you say yes to the offer. Business professional attire for morning meetings then casual for outdoor work - but there's no place to change at the office. You have to change at a gas station. Hazardous work environment when you're out walking in the assigned territory - at least 1 hour from office, unsafe neighborhoods, dogs, cars, and weather. They actually brag about people vomiting in the field due to exhaustion. Unprofessional atmosphere, basically a bunch of career-indecisive recent high school & college grads in a dreary, inefficient office. Management's main goal is to make themselves more money through you. The more people they promote, the more their percentage of your gains. Hours are 10 am to 8 pm.

Pros

If you enjoy walking in the sweltering heat in the dead of summer in Charlotte, NC this is the job for you.

Cons

Too many. Honestly, to keep it brief as possible - if you have a college degree, don’t want to be victim to a pyramid scheme, or actually have real talent and an aptitude for Sales in a corporate environment THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. I’ll admit coming right out of college, first interview/job experience I wasn’t all that experienced in knowing what appropriate questions were needed to understand the day-to-day intricacies of the position. I’ll take ownership of that! However there wasn’t much in way of being open and up front by the Team Lead I interviewed with or Management about having to travel DOOR TO DOOR 6 days a week, not to mention all commission based(not a steady paycheck). As a woman changing in a run down gas station bathroom from my nice professional work attire is demoralizing and not to mention really gross. I lasted exactly one day, quit, and never looked back.
