      Pros

      Management was very friendly and complimenting from hard work.

      Cons

      Well they didn't give me a opportunity to catch on the ropes before letting me go so easily. I had so much passion for this position and they weren't willing to be patient with me in training.

      Pros

      I did get to have time off for when I needed it most. The benefits are pretty good, comparatively speaking. Those that are not in management are really great people.

      Cons

      I was hired on as an engineer but worked as a technician. I had solutions, but management would not listen. Management does not know how to empower their employees. Instead, it was just a lot of micromanagement. There were times where activities performed were very unsafe.

      Extremely progressive and growth oriented Engineering and Research company. Great management style. CEO, Founder, Senior Management, Engineers and Employees are very nice, helpful and welcoming. Compensation directly tied to personal effort, independence, top-notch employees, thorough hands-on training program, huge support system. I looked forward to going to work every day. Tejas Research & Engineering is an Exceptional Company to work for.
