      Nothing to add here as they are career damagers

      Cons

      They are just body shoppers. Hire and fire policy. They hire only for clients and relies on the interviews taken by clients. They do not have interviewing expertise of their own. They would not inform about your termination in advance but one day (esp Friday evening) ask to give them a call. Once you call they will inform about your termination. They would not give any severance or notice to hunt for the next job. It is like a hell working in Tek Ninjas and the career gets spoilt with this kind of hire and fire policy. It is better to remain unemployed and try for better companies than to join TekNinjas.

      No professionalism from Management. They wont follow any proper Ethics mainly HR

      I dont see any best reason but a friendly environment to work with

      Cons

      Hire and fire policy and no proper ethics followed by management. Your system will have a mic that will always be on with the software controlled by network team.
