1- Only for the Early stage career employees (< 3 Years).
2- Saturday working. Alternate Saturdays are working and Alternate off.
3- You can say One-Man company to this organisation. If CEO doesn't like anything then there will be no one who can only ask for a bit change. Because mid-management agrees on everything without considering anything, iff the proposal is from CEO.
4- Mid-Management is too bad that they don't care about your opinions/suggestions. They don't even ready to listen anything even if it is normal thing to do because they all fear too much from their Boss.
5- You have to provide the bank cheque of the amount equals to your CTC in your very first year, which will not be clearly informed you until you joined the organisation. Then on each increment too, if you're ready to be in the bond with the organisation, you have to provide the cheque of the amount which equals to your incremented CTC.
6- Zero Job Security - They can fire you anytime, doesn't matter how much experienced you're with the company. Can apply cost-cutting strategy anytime they need and say to you don't come from tomorrow.
7- But the funny thing is that they can hire you again in a day or in a month when they find that they made a mistake by firing you and you are really important for them.
8- Higher Management can abuse you, if they are not happy with you and your work.
9- Company doesn't provide anything special if employees are working late night even for a female employee.
10- No transparency with policies. They can change policies in a month, day or in an hour without any consent of employees.
11- I won't lie, if I say that you will feel trapped sometimes in that culture.
12- No innovation in the work.
