The management is too much idiotic, they don't care about employees or anything of that sort. They hire you for success Manager saying no sales is involved and then give u sales. That's not it they kill with shitload of targets and they have a crazy politics going on inside. They doesn't care about you, once you are hired for a role and the next you that you are fired for not meeting something thay you didn't sign up for. Please don't destroy the product you have. Atleast give a concern for your employees, just bifurcate them in a way you feel like. Just run away if you get an opening even if it any role you will sign up for something else and you will be fired for not meeting something else and on top of that you will be considered how much you bootlick all the top people. They don't have a proper orgnisation going on. They are just a scam in every way
