Tekkon Technologies — Pros & Cons from My 3.5 Years as a Frontend Developer
Pros
Great learning environment: I got to work with modern tech stacks like Angular, React, GraphQL, Next.js, Tailwind, etc. Exposure to multiple architectures helped me grow fast. Supportive leadership: Management encourages simple, effective solutions and trusts developers to make technical decisions. Good team culture: Teammates are collaborative, helpful, and open to sharing knowledge. Ownership & responsibility: You get real responsibility on projects, which builds confidence and skills. Process improvement mindset: Continuous improvement is part of the culture—feedback is valued. Work-life balance: Generally good, with flexibility depending on project demand.
Cons
Fast-paced environment: Can feel intense at times, especially when handling multiple projects. Documentation can be better: Sometimes processes rely on tribal knowledge, requiring extra communication. Limited hierarchy: Growth is more skill-based than title-based, which some developers may or may not prefer. Client-driven deadlines: Occasionally tight timelines depending on project priorities.
