      Unhappy Place, Cult like Culture

      Pros

      Decent wage for just out of college, casual dress code, opportunity to get your foot in the door of online marketing

      Cons

      CEO is paranoid and very narcissistic and most employees are scared of him, company values loyalty over talent/brains, employees are required to work from home in the evenings/weekends and have email on personal cell phones, company does not use the most ethical business practices

      Pros

      Awesome team and work environment. A lot of work events like bbq's and parties. Company genuinely cares about you. Got a chance to work with amazing clients and very popular brands. Learned a ton about SEO and built a solid foundation for my career. CEO shares all of his knowledge and really wants everyone to grow. Great 401k and profit sharing plan considering its a small company with less than 50 employees.

      Cons

      Small company and I wanted to work at a larger corporation. No stock options because it's not a public company. No office in NYC or I would have stayed!

      Pros

      Acquired great work experience. Very independent work atmosphere. Able to listen to music throughout the day.

      Cons

      Management is on a bit of a power trip. Sometimes I felt like I was in elementary school getting yelled at by a teacher.
