I am working in an amazing team of developers who are really passionate about coding. Just like what I wanted. In kolkata its very hard to find such a company with such passion about coding and quality. They have a product called Eventify which is a top app and I love working here. The C.E.O Mr. Hussain Fakhruddin is himself a coder and technology geek and I am blessed to have been working under him directly.

I will tell you my story that I joined as a fresher some 6-7 years back and I have never seen such a terrific company. I haven't been to any other companies but I have heard from friends about many things and I am lucky to be here. I have lot of growth personally and professionally. There is lot of flexibility but within bounds of work only. There is no free gossip time but I am not that kind so it suits me. I think its not a company for a 1 or 2 year tenure, rather if you want to make a long term career, this is the best company. Its very stable and boss and colleagues are always helpful. One thing I want to say is that salary comes before date which is fantastic. even during covid no salary was deducted when i saw other companies deducting 50% or so and i know company suffered due to this as there were less projects and more mouths to feed, but they took care of us so im very glad and proud to be part of it. Some benefits that I get : - Flexibility in work / technology etc. - Left over leaves are converted to extra cash - Annual trip - many a times there is adhoc lunch etc. - they never forget my birthday ( even in covid they sent a gift) and also give me special leave - constant mentorship from seniors and colleagues
