None to speak of honestly.

Cons

- Terrible pay for the work you are doing - Barely any break time - Management is a joke - Supervisors don't know anything when you need help and then you get penalized for messing up. If you follow their advice and they are wrong, they will still write you up for their misguidance. - You are RUSHED through the "training program" (if you could call it that) and just expected to go along with it. - They mention pay raises in the initial interview, but the reality is you won't see a dime of that for over 6 months of employment.

Pros

Supervisors were excellent at supporting the employees and dealing with difficult callers patiently and politely. Metrics let you know where you stood. Most co-workers generally did a great job.

Cons

Little attention given to what employees are doing right. Management not open to new ideas and applied company policy inconsistently.

Pros

Co-workers are amazing and the schedule can be flexible. Also able to work remotely.

Cons

This company expects you to constantly work over time with very little pay. You can be overwhelmed by the number of accounts you handle and all of the information you are assumed to know. This office also has bed bugs and roaches. Management is horrible.
