Pros

family owned, consistently brings in new business, provides many amenities at work to make the environment more comfortable, expenses reimbursed quickly

Cons

mindset from the top: "pain is ok"; yearly purging of employees in 4th quarter to make sure profits are respectable; a hint of age discrimination; unethicality takes on employees from competitors to build the book of business; doesn't really care about good people. Poor work life balance.

Pros

Telaid used to be a great company to work for but not any longer. They place no value on their employees and every one below a director title is easily replaceable. They only care about the bottom line and money.

Cons

There is nepotism with people being promoted prematurely based on relationships with their immediate director causing a high turnover in the office as a result. Directors and managers are expected to be yes people and not ask questions or challenge the status quo; if they do then they are fired or demoted. Telaid had a successful year in 2020 at the expense of good and dedicated employees. Employees were over worked, expected to be available 24/7 without personal or home life taken into consideration and work on scheduled days off at a moments notice. When the CEO retired this year everything changed drastically and when he left, so did Telaid’s moral compass.

Pros

Cannot think of a single thing. I still have nightmares from working here. In fact, I think the positive reviews on here are written by the HR department. Please note it doesn't state job titles and there is no negative feedback.

Cons

Stressful work hours (80 hour weeks are expected) Poorly trained managers Little to no training or onboarding process Completely inappropriate work environment - often times jokes and comments are made that are harmful and bigoted. Strong opposition to continuing education Belittling management style Broken and dated business model Terrible project management tactics No sense of good business practices Little documentation or training on policies and procedures
