      Pros

      Seemed friendly enough when I filled out the paperwork to be considered for temp assignments. Gave me lots of encouragement that they would be able to find me something.

      Cons

      Went months without hearing anything. Completely missed submitting me on jobs that I requested and were closely aligned with my skills. Often tried to submit me on jobs that were too low paying or did not match my experience.

      I gained experience to move on to better opportunities.

      Cons

      Very cheap- low pay, lots of work. There really aren't any health benefits or PTO.

      Can create an opportunity that might not normally be available. Regular pay Short term opportunities if you don't want a long term position.

      Cons

      Office managers typically don't follow up with you or are open to finding a position that more aligns with your long term plans.
