Bad Management and Boss

Pros

The students are well behaved

Cons

The company and boss (Chong Wei) initially promotes a hybrid work arrangement, but employees are later required to come to the office frequently without any travel allowance. There is also no fixed workplace, and the work location may change often, which can be inconvenient. Management can be unpredictable, with sudden changes in employment terms such as being moved from full-time to part-time or facing termination when the business is not performing well. Overall, the working environment can be quite stressful.
