      Pros

      Have worked for more than 6 years and I can say that these are pros: High salary. Great team.

      Cons

      Bad project management. Management doesn't care for people very much. Low level of respect shown by management toward employees. Bad strategic decisions. No education. No increase in salary. No benefits. No feedback on job performance. Poor recognition of employee's skills and potential. Slim possibility for professional growth.

      Pros

      There is not much that is good about working at Telegra, except that salary is a little bit better that is Croatian average ... but on the other hand, you have to work one hour longer so you definitively earn it(yeah, it is 9 hours working time in Telegra - in practice, although it says otherwise in your contract :)

      Cons

      Long working hours, total disorganization throughout the whole firm, lousy project management, a lot of stupid people in higher management, very bad strategic thinking and forward looking
