      No growth, toxic culture, small client base

      Pros

      None. Younger employees have no path to growth. Senior management engenders a very negative and toxic culture down the chain of command.

      Cons

      Limited exposure to cutting edge technology, very small client base. Very low salary compared to similar roles at other companies.

      Great opportunity for driven individuals

      Pros

      Great open door policy. Clear and precise communication - you always know where you stand and what needs to be accomplished. Ability for team members to move and branch into other areas, as those opportunities arise. Management enables individuals to take control of their own progress. This is a team of Type A people, that have extensive business and technology experience, and they are willing to share that experience.

      Cons

      Growing organization, so typical growing pains. Not likely an environment for individuals that need their hand held or must be told what to do, as the team members that are here for long-term are ones that are self-starters, motivated and driven to succeed.

      I don't have any. Yes, it's that bad. The environment is absolutely toxic beginning at the top.

      Cons

      The owners have no respect for their employees. It's the air of entitlement and superiority that starts with the CEO.
