So this review is for Telin Singapore. No pros. just absolute nightmare

Cons

This review is for Telin Singapore NOC. They hire their NOC outsource. Because of this, they exploit the contractor, basically Remote Hands, Connectivity Support and DC operations are all bundled into 1 job scope. Toxic environment Exploitative Micromanagement DC Ops become like call center environment Nothing u do will be good enough for them Public chat shaming Rude bosses

Pros

Decent salary and benefits, with limited telemedicine and dental

Cons

- Very heavy office politics, with toxic work culture as people will report every action to HR, especially if you are not part of management - Strictly no WFH/Remote work policy - Using old technology to work internally, lack of understanding of current technology trend - All direction and decision will need to come from HQ, Singapore office will not be able to make decision independently - Apathetic and inflexible work culture, instructions from the top are absolute
