      Pros

      I have only been with Telios for a few months but I already feel so welcomed and valued. The company culture is unmatched. You can tell they really care about their employees.

      I've been with Telios for over a year, and it's been an incredible experience. Management truly empowers employees, trusting us to contribute effectively towards our growth strategy in the ways we see best fit. The leadership team is incredibly supportive and accessible, making you feel valued. There's a genuine emphasis on employee wellbeing, extending that care to our families, which means a lot. The culture is fantastic – it's convivial, genuinely caring, and highly engaging, making it feel like a second home. Plus, the opportunities for career growth feel limitless here.

      Honestly, it's hard to find significant drawbacks. Perhaps like any growing company, things can evolve quickly, but the positive and supportive environment makes navigating any changes easy.
