      Cool environment great company to work for a couple of years.

      Cons

      Low career progress nor opportunities with far too many layers . The most recent addition was the VP level. Completely unnecessary.

      Cons

      There has been considerable discussion about salary increases, but ultimately, outcomes have been minimal—either no raise at all or amounts that don’t keep up with inflation. It appears the company is engaging in silent layoffs in addition to two significant rounds of layoffs. Employee performance doesn’t seem to hold much weight; the focus seems to be entirely on earnings per share and the valuation of the company for when it gets sold eventually.
