Pros

They have a fully stocked kitchen

Cons

The CEO stepped down and they sold to an investment company. New managers talk like they're ai and don't even attempt to address patient questions. They're selling drugs like candy and the hipaa violations are astounding. They are probably not being reported accurately or there would be so many techs and pharmacists that would have lost their license by now. If you want your standard call center environment where you're just another faceless number taking calls all day go for it. You do not need to know anything about medication whatsoever. You will be lied to by managers and never given any actual guidance. You will not be trained at all and expected to take calls on day one. If you ask any questions you will be treated like you're a problem and mocked behind your back. Pretty much your standard garbage corporate workplace. Which is not what I signed up for. Enjoy your shady pump and dump scheme.

Pros

Pay is decent. That’s it. This section requires 5 words.

Cons

This company is going nowhere fast. They’ve become absolutely obsessed with profit over anything else. They seem to have adopted a terrible mindset where growth is all that matters regardless of if the team members can actually handle the workload. They change the basic processes every week and wonder why mistakes are constantly being made that result in thousands of dollars in refunds and reshipments. Also forget about communication. It’s not only absolutely non existent, you’re treated like you’re the one in the wrong for pushing for it. The managers are control freaks who want to micromanage but then don’t train new hires at all so they’re stuck only being able to do the wrong thing. But you want to know the absurdity most infuriating part? With all those glaringly obvious flaws, they still have the gall to guilt trip us into these awful corporate “team building” parties that nobody actually likes.

Pros

I’ve been with this company for a little over a year, and it’s honestly been such a great experience. It’s an online pharmacy startup, so yes, things move quickly and you’ve got to be on your toes, but that’s part of what makes it exciting. You actually see how your work impacts patients and helps people get the care they need faster. The team is full of sharp, kind people who know their stuff. My manager and others on the leadership team are approachable and always open to hearing ideas. I’ve had multiple chances to take on new projects and grow just by speaking up and showing I’m willing to learn. It’s the kind of place that rewards effort and initiative, not just seniority. Benefits are solid and affordable, and when I needed time off for personal matters, HR and my manager were completely supportive. Communication has been great, you just have to be willing to talk openly and not sit back waiting for everything to come to you.

Cons

Startup life isn’t for everyone. Things change fast, and sometimes you’ll be figuring things out as you go. But if you like learning and problem solving, you’ll probably find that fun instead of frustrating. About Some of the Negative Reviews: I’ve read a few posts on here that were overly negative, and honestly, they don’t match my experience at all. This company values people who take ownership and work as a team. If you expect everything to be spoon fed or need someone to guide every step, this might not be the right fit. But if you’re the type who rolls up your sleeves, asks questions, and takes initiative, you’ll absolutely thrive here. Bottom Line: If you want to grow fast, learn a ton, and be part of something that’s genuinely changing how people access healthcare, this is the place. It’s energetic, fast moving, and full of opportunity for anyone with the right attitude.
