Pros
1. Still hybrid working arrangement (2x WFO/week, 3x WFH/week) 2. Health insurance provided by Mandiri InHealth 3. Coverage for transportation fees and working from home expenses 4. Coworkers are mostly very helpful 5. Salary is always on time (so far) 6. The office is not in Jakarta, but in South Tangerang, so you won't experience traffic too often
Cons
1. Poor management decisions 2. Some leaders are toxic, don't have real solutions, but often pressure subordinates 3. Appears to be slowly losing clients --> no projects, poor cash flow 4. Many workflows are not automated yet, taking time to complete the administrative process 5. Sometimes have to be on standby for more than 8/9 hours 6. Sometimes have to be willing to work on weekends
