Gives an external facing outlook of being innovative but highly risk adverse and conservative in nature. Has great potential but led by an individual who values $$ more than impact. Highly political in the leadership team, including board. Promotions are based on how much visibility and how much others like you instead of actual work done. Approval is basically soliciting for buy-in from all stakeholders - too many cooks spoil the broth. Top leader does not want to take responsibility so moves the entire leadership team to approve things.
