I have loved working at TemperPack over the last few years. It's surreal to see where we have come from to where we are now. We have learned a lot along the way but that was not without sacrifice. Weekends, holidays, and long hours have provided TP with the possibiliy to begin solidifying where we are going as a company. There are a lot of amazing people working for TP. They all have one goal in mind, and that is to become the world leader in green packaging.
Cons
The work life balance has become a lot better however, it's not there yet. Las Vegas is actively working on getting workers more time at home with their families and loved ones while not cutting pay.
