Friendly coworkers!! The people are everything. They hire a lot of people from other countries who do not speak much English, and they are all so kind and I think it is great that they give them that opportunity.

Cons

Underpaid employees.. New management came in and let go people who were there for 30 years. They treat their staff poorly and do not take feedback well. Seems like new management are more focused on making their mark instead of keeping the things that make the company run right. No chance to advance in the company. They CONTINUALLY do outside hires for every position, which in turn alienates their current employees.

Cons

The management has zero to little knowledge of restaurants and no concern for employees. Horrible communication. Petty management and passive aggressive tactics. Management shows blatant favoritism. If you aren't performing well, they won't tell you, they just stop scheduling you, same for if you are not one of their favorites.
