Pros

Nice office, good location. You get some experience for your resume. If you want a job for a year so you can try to move up, this is fine.

Cons

They hire the youngest "grunts" they can so they can over work them and pay as little as possible and they are too afraid to challenge the management/owner. When you read some of the "positive reviews" here it seems a bit obvious they were written by the company to counter the negative ones (this is what they do for a living so it wouldn't take a brain surgeon to figure that out).

Pros

There are a handful of good people who work here.

Cons

The founder expects you to read his mind and will come at you in front of the team when you don't show up prepared based on what he didn't tell you. This place is not open to change (read improvements) and everything is DATED at this company. Hello 2000! Excel is not a CRM... There are some supportive team members but a handful of rotten ones that make working here hell. Everyone is in constant panic mode (reactive vs proactive). Very very low employee retention rate, people leave because they are overworked and treated poorly by the founder and co-workers who take part in the circus.

Pros

- Good staffers - Clients are easy to work with - Massage days - Casual business attire. Flip flops ok - Good office location near malls, shopping and restaurants - Benefits are better than most small companies

Cons

- Horrible senior manager with awful leadership skills results in extremely low morale - High staff turnover rates should be a warning sign - Extreme micro-management to epic levels - Unrealistic expectations and time management system (11 hours work or more per day assigned) - Robotic, systematic approach to client business challenges - New ideas are not embraced - A little bit of nepotism - Big egos
