      Pros

      TenTel was a good company to work for and it was a shame they had to go into Administration. It was through no fault of the actual service or staff that this happened. You will always get the occasional staff who are not interested in the job enough to care but a lot of us did work very hard within this business.

      Cons

      There was definetly room for improvement and it was making great progress in regards to improving before Administration.
