Cons

Emotional abuse mishandled, process changed without notice, pressured to reconcile with no investigation, victim left to manage alone, accountability ignored, prayer replaced action, community protected abuser, no real growth or reparations, minimal honest listening from leadership

Pros

* Good Pay and Benefits * Beautiful campus * They help with the housing purchase * The mission is very good (They serve God) * They take care of senior citizens and offer the best care I've seen so far

Cons

*Too much favoritism (If you are related to someone powerful, you are likely to be promoted over others). * Lack of consistency in policy * Too much gossiping and backbiting * Many of the more experienced nurses are untouchable (they can get away with anything) * There is a problem of racism, for example, PoC who speak up are barely invited to speak to the board. The black people promoted are the kind that will play along. * The pay gauge is not fair. Some nurses make more than others, and they brag about it. Everyone knows but no one speaks up.
