      People within the team are lovely.

      Cons

      One of the managers micromanages and gaslights team. Management have been made aware and do nothing to support employees that struggle with this. Mental Health is not taken seriously, even after a fire at the office. Also, you don't need a Law Degree to do the job. If you're looking for a job with career prospects, this isn't it.

      The people in your team at the same level can be really nice

      Cons

      Leadership are not supportive, gaslight people that seek support or clarification, even when HR is notified. Few opportunities for career progression and culture of company encourages heavy and toxic competition between team members. Regularly had panic attacks before and during work.
