      Avoid like the plague unless you love the taste of your managers boot.

      Pros

      Great colleagues, and that's it.

      Cons

      Requires more sucking up than a vacuum cleaner. Pay is not worth the work. Unrealistic targets. Commission structure constantly changes to actively make it harder for staff to get commission. High overturn of staff. Staff do not get the support necessary to improve. Re-active, does not push for innovation. Current financial advisor was prosecuted for being included in a tax dodging ring 4 years ago.

      the teams you work with and people are like family

      Cons

      Dont have an opinion and if you do don't voice it! Management dont actually care about staff its empty words. New products brought out when the existing products didn't work. If the management listened to staff and the job they did they would uncover issues. Manager are rubbish too many of them and none have a clue whats going on and how staff feel. I would avoid working here if you value your mental health

      xmas holiday was a good length of time

      Cons

      The Managers above me were all male and there is no serious progression for females. Management is really poor and good hard working staff frequently leave due to mistreatment. Quality of training new staff is one of the poorest quality I've come across as the training staff don't fully understand the job roles themselves
