On-site Team specially Manager use very rough tone with Offshore team. Less compensation as per experience. Company only Hire when projects are there. Difficult to find another opportunity in the company. Hire and Fire Policy. HR Team asked you to initiate the resignation. You will not get paid for 90 days. Need to improve the HR process.
