VTO policy adds extra work load to employees who are unable to take it
Management also carries heavy workload, routines procedures are often completed late and some smaller objectives missed
Appx 35 quality checks performed monthly, as expected, however a near perfect 99 of 100 is listed as “satisfactory.”
