      The people are friendly Benefits are really good if that something that gets your blood flowing Lots of paid holidays

      Cons

      Low pay No room for advancement; most employees are tenured and do not plan on leaving anytime soon No bonuses if not in a sales related position, sales team bonuses are low as well Dull work environment
