-No direction or decision making -No accountability -Leadership team have never had any management or leadership training so don’t know how to manage people or deal with difficult situations appropriately. -Zero benefits (told that the benefit is just being able to work here) -Senior management do not performance manage managers who should be and let them bully staff and behave inappropriately with absolutely no consequence

Not customer-centric. Too many policies and processes forced on US by UK HQ. this industry. Without 2017 major single customer add, may have failed . Substantially reduced US $ sales due to not being customer oriented. Went from #1 to likely # 3 in the industry in US. UK HQ has virtually no competition but competition in US is SIGNIFICANT. Very sad negative progression/degression. Electronic products don't work and sales force is lied to about the failures. The competition knows of these failures and takes advantage of them.
