      Good company for junior and middle specialists

      Pros

      Stable company, many projects, good opportunities for collaboration with people from other departments, salary is great (especially if you don't live in Moscow or Saint-Petersburg)

      Cons

      Boring. NIH: your experience with local technologies will almost probably be useless at another workplace. Promotion process is painful and may depend on people your don't even regularly interact with. Your opinion will not mean much when it comes to making decisions. Bureaucracy is painful too and sometimes it slows down working processes

      Comfortable working conditions, transparent conditions for promotion and salary growth.

      Cons

      Almost everything is about reinventing the wheel: its own analog of Jira, its own Framework, etc., which does not allow the developers to develop widely applicable skills.
