Pros
The only pro is that they make you work on good technology. The staff are good, they help a lot.
Cons
No WLB . ITS just you wake up, work , sleep and repeat. Saturday is not an off. If you're late in the morning, sometimes your half day is deducted, but they expect you to work over time. The projects are good, but the time management is bad . The team is supposed to just implement what the CEO brainstorms, and most of the time those are bad. If you plan on working here , just make work a part of your life. Everytime there is a client meeting, an intern gets fired, that's a fun game
